- Application: The software program Grindlock provided by the Company.
- Company: Abenteuergeist, Widenmayerstraße 11, 80538 München, Germany.
- Country: Germany.
- Device: Any device that can access the Service such as a mobile phone or tablet.
- Service: The Application and all related services provided by the Company.
- You: The individual accessing or using the Service.
Acceptance of These Terms
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Subscriptions and Payments
The Service may offer subscriptions on an auto-renewing basis. Any subscription will auto-renew unless You cancel it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Subscriptions are managed through Your Device’s app store (such as the Apple App Store). You may manage Your subscription and cancel auto-renewal by accessing the subscription management settings through Your Device’s app store. Cancellation of a subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio) are owned by the Company, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Use of the Service
You may not use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code, trade secrets or know-how of the Service;
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- Transmit any viruses, malware or other harmful code through the Service;
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels or marks on the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content or materials included in the Service.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that any information, content or materials obtained through the Service will be accurate or complete.
Health and Fitness Disclaimer: The Service provides fitness tracking and exercise detection features for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. The Company is not liable for any health-related consequences resulting from your use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable to You for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The maximum liability of the Company to You shall not exceed the amount You have paid to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim, or in the case of free Service, shall not exceed 100 euros.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, and You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Service shall be resolved through the applicable courts in Germany.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that You accept and agree to the changes.
